  • Clean the suspected area carefully with the help of synthetic microfiber cloths made of super-thin polyester threads. This special synthetic microfiber cleans the dirt without causing external harm, like marks and scratches on the gadget.

The charge will not flow effectively if you carelessly align your Eufy RoboVac on the charging base. Moreover, it may damage the chord of your gadget, or it may emit sparks.

How To Fix

  • First, switch off the power button and disconnect the Eufy RoboVac from its charging base.
  • Pause for a minute and then re-plug it into the charging base. 
  • Switch on the power button to see whether it’s getting charged properly. However, if the Eufy Robovac still doesn’t get charged, other fixes discussed below might help.

Note:

Don’t charge your electronic device for extra hours while plugging your device into the charging base. Or else it will damage the charging outlets.

  • Take out the battery from the device, check whether it is good, and reinstall it back to the device. 
  • If the battery can operate further, wait 5-10 minutes and reinstall it inside the Eufy RoboVac.

  • Make sure you have a proper and reliable network connection.
  • Install the EufyHome app and select the RoboVac option. 
  • Now, tap on the three dots on your screen’s top right. 
  • After tapping, you will see the ‘Firmware update’ button. 
  • Lastly, tap on it to update the Eufy RoboVac firmware.
  • Reset your Eufy RoboVac by pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds. After doing so, your device will notify you with a beep sound.
